Windows program to print food orders

Small program to pull data from an existing MySQL db to print food orders on windows installed printers. More details in the attached document. I have an example attached of what the existing program is doing, while it mostly works for a number of reasons I wish to completely replace. My example in the word document shows what currently prints with the existing system. While I do have a functional solution currently there are a number of problems with it that I am trying to resolve so am starting fresh. My desire is a standalone program, I don't want something that requires much other then dropping an exe on the system or possibly a small installer to install necessary files. I specifically don't want something that requires major changes to the system that could impact other things. Example would be .NET, I don't want to have to install it.
