Hello Sir, I have pretty 10 years of exp in sugarcrm customization and support. i have sugar 3.5 version installed. I can upgrade your system with latest one. You can choose either upgradation or migration. i can do migration also in latest system with all customization. I have done 50 projects in sugarcrm and have good portfolio. I also know spanish, and i have many spanish clients in Colombia, Peru and Florida.

I would like to let you know that SugarCRM 3.5.1 is pretty old. And you have customization and tons of data. The migration will not be easy. It won't be just a few hours of work.
