Twitter sentiment analysis web app, json, django, docker

A city anomaly detector about electricity, water and bus infrastructure from tweets to indexing it to Apache solr on docker containers. It will get tweets from twitter API then clean and label them, use nltk tweepy library etc. Build on docker container. Has to ve available with a website interface using json.
