tablet windows10 app

I need a developer have a good experience with development on windows 10 tablet , please check the attached file , the attached file just contain ( simple screen ) as paid test then we will have many work phase to finish my project , the system must save its data local for now at ms sql or ms access , when the user regist him self the login the system should auto login second time no need to stop at login screen again the code should be using vb not c# please check the attached file
