Small C# program (Make a form and encryp/decrypt data)

This project is urgent! You have to realize it overnight our time (CET) and we can test it tomorrow. Without any reputation you have no chance to get the project! Programming language is C# Overview: A) The configuration form (calculated for 4 hours) 1. Make a Form with 15 Parameters (14x text, 1x radio button) 2. Open and save the form data to a file 3. Load the form data from the file 4. ZIP and encrypt the form data with AES 128 5. Decrypt and UnZIP the form data B) The installation program (calculated for 1-2 hour) 1. Decrypt the form file from above 2. You get a working c# project for the installation procedure. In this project the data from the form is hard coded and you have to replace it with the variables of the decrypted form. No big thing.
