SIERRA CHART(64bit) Coding Simple Automated Trading Strategy

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using C or C++. To code an Automated Trading Strategy to be used on Sierra Chart (64 bit) platform using the following requirements. - must be applicable to all charting timeframes like daily, hour, minute, sec, tick or volume - all detected indicators and trades(entry and exit price) MUST be displayed on the exact Bar of the chart. - auto detect indicator which is either a DDU (down Doji up) or UDD (up Doji down) - if detected DDU - on the very 1st INTRA BAR (BAR Not closed) if break the HIGH of DDU's last bar = submit open entry order to buy at market attached with OCO (TP10 tick and SL5 tick) To exit. if detected UDD - on the very 1st INTRA BAR (BAR Not Closed) if break the LOW of UDD's last bar = submit open entry order to Sell at market attached with OCO (TP10 tick and SL5 tick) To exit. - at any point of time there can only be 1 open position.
