Setup Python Twitter Module / Must be able to Use PEM Key Login to AWS server

And then have an API request be sent to that server it can understand for search query, and then return as api the response. It will likely be returning number of tweets within a date range but not the tweets itself. Please note the budget - this is a personal project at this point. Must be able to provide instructions your mother could work from (typing as you write) to reinstall anything.
