I have developed a HMI energy management project. It uses VB. I want to rewrite it in C++. I have just started learning C+. First I need help installing libraries for modbus and Simple Service Discovery Protocal using UDP for communicating with Ethernet devices. Once installed, I need assistance in developing the code. I expect it will take about 40 hours to do this. I would like to work in one hour blocks. Perhaps one to two hour per week. This will give me time to assimilate the new coding.
