I would work on your project with pleasure. My goal is to make you satisfied. So in case, product does not fully meet your expectations, I am ready to upgrade file for several times (without any additional fee), until you get perfect version.
You get is following:
1. File 1: Excel workbook with following pages:
a. Quotation form page, where sales engineer will fill in information and click specific button (button will use VBA coding) to save particular quotation both in excel and pdf.
b. Log page, where information regarding every generated quotation form will be automatically saved by clicking button mentioned above.
c. Supportive pages (admin panel) for managing drop down lists and other functions.
2. File 1: All cells in excel (except those that should be filled in) will be locked.
3. File 1: Quotation numbers will be updated automatically and will be unique per engineer.
4. File 2: Excel workbook (master file for sales manager) will have a button. By clicking this button, information from individual files will be gathered in master file. Will do some nice reports and charts based on your requirements.
Information needed to do job:
1. Photo of an existing quotation form or excel template. If none of them exist, please, tell me what should be on the form.
2. Format of quotation form number. As I guess it should consist of two segments: a) sales engineer code; b) unique number of quotation form.
