I have a lot of experience in web apps, but not specifically with Python. I have Python experience with Data Science and algorithms in general. I will take a while to use the specific tech required but after that I can give weekly delivers until the project is in a satisfactory state.

Proposal: Request the data to the third party API (*), parse the received data (if needed) and create the pdf (**) using ReportLab. It seems quite a simple job. (*) I suppose that we will have easy and (almost) unlimited access to the API that provides the data. (**) Depending on the simplicity/complexity of the required PDF output formatting, time estimation could vary between 1-5 days. How many output formats are required? Do you require any special layout? A sketch of the required layout(s) would be appreciated. Experience: 3+ years in a startup as Django Backend Developer. I have done similar things before.
