We have a Telegram channel. Would like to have a python script using command "/active" and see all the active workers (If a user have send a message in the last 10 minutes, he will be an active user in the channel). Message "active users: [number]" and the second line, the list of all active users by @name and chat ID. This will be showed in the channel for 5 seconds and the message disappear again.
