Hi, I read your attachment and it is not a hard project, I don't worked earlier with GDAX and QuantConnect, but I worked a lot in Python. The algorithm of buying / selling in dependence of 1% threshold is relative simple, I need aproximative 2 days to play with api to understand it, 2 days to implement algorithm and a day for testing and debuging

I will use python here. I have done done similar integrations like auto top ups and mock trading but need to go through the resources you mentioned in text file
