Ninjatrader DLL

For use in NinjaTrader 7. Create a HIGHLY efficient DLL (and a related chart indicator to read/chart the positive condition returned) used for passing arrays of time series data from NT through to it (up to 200 bars) where it then transforms the array into a logarithmic time domain at each bar close (specifically the X axis vs. the normal Y axis). From there, using a Fast Fourier Transform (or similar technique) to test for consistent cycle frequencies by testing at several points along the array (5-10 samples of the array). To begin with any consistent cycle frequency is fine (but further customization designating specific frequencies would be appreciated). When a positive frequency fit is found (a good enough one that may need a "confidence setting" for tightness of fit) the DLL should return a positive signal back to provide an indicator to plot the positive result on each price chart. This could be a simple dot below the bar. The main thing I'm seeking is a DLL that will be VERY efficient given the amount of data to run through it (given at least 25 open charts at any time for scanning will be the typical load). It may be possible to save some horsepower by using an FFT measurement at several predetermined measured points along said array without converting the array at each bar close by using a measured distance (logarithmic equivalent of the time since bar 0). I want all the open source code for both an indicator and the DLL. There are other filters I have for the ideal indicator to work properly when completed, however, I'm really just in need of an efficient cycle hunting algorithm when the data array's slope is almost 0. I have Matlab software also so the DLL could be built in it if it works best for you. I have chart examples if you like and will provide upon engagement.
