I require to create. a new format of audio and video formats from WAV and WMV I need develop ( JAVA) three components: 1) Encoder from wav and wmv to XXX and YYY formats, (XXX and YYY, these formats can not be played on any other player) with 4 channels support. 2) Windows Desktop Player (realtime) decodes the file and play the audio or video. 3) C or Java library to embed it in a hardware player (4 channels support) I ask you to read well the requirement, I do not want proposals that even understand what I'm asking.
