Need a software developer to create a video editing software, specific requirements for sport videos

I need an app on mac (.dmg) file that I can run on my computer, custom made for our organization, that will allow me to trace players feet in sports videos and create a spinning player indicator underneath the player. Indicator will follow throughout video. Able to change colors of the spinning indicators As well as being able to draw a prediction of the ball trajectory and able to project that trajectory. Able to change colors of trajectory. Also, the feature to draw thick arrows on the screen, to demonstrate sports plays being made. I would like to be able to choose where to add these, and set the timing of when the each features would should show. (And I'd like to own the app and install it on all our staffs computers).
