Need Programmer who knows NLP and Spacy to add a function to my app

Hello experienced developer, this is a complex job or maybe simple if you know what your doing (so please be willing to learn or better yet know your NLP) I need help with an app I’ve created in Python 2.7.9 64bit. What it does so far is take a text file and randomly re-arranges the text in chunks, to create new text that is different from the original text. Now I need to add Part of speech tagging, and add Grammar Rules specified by me to fit the structure I want the chunks to have this type of grammar using Spacy and Python 2.7.9 64bit. The grammar rules we’ll be using is ADP (adposition), NOUN, DET (determiner), PRON (pronoun), ADJ (adjective), PUNCT (punctuation), VERB, and INTJ (interjection), and these will be structured as complex sentences, which contains a subordinate clause and an independent clause. (A clause, typically introduced by a conjunction, that forms part of and is dependent on a main clause (e.g., “when it rang” in “she answered the phone when it rang”). An independent clause is a clause that can stand alone as a sentence(i.e., it expresses a complete thought). An independent clause, like all clauses, has a subject and verb.) What I want you to help me with is using Natural Language Processing with Spacy, take my random text and have it output Grammatically Correct text from my app as a .txt file in English, flawlessly, with proper punctuation*. I’ve tried NLTK but, that is old system and hard to use compared to Spacy, which is industrial strength and fast. This is an ongoing project, as I need many other things worked on, so if you can do the basic request above we can proceed to work on it throughout the year, paid. My code will be provided to get you started. PS. If you are a non-english speaker and do not speak English well, you will need to study basic English grammar for this job, I will provide you links to two sites with a description of what I want in the code grammar. PSS. This project job starts on May 3rd. I'm only pre-searching candidates who can do the job until May 3rd, when the actual project is in session. I'm not even sure I can fine a candidate who can do the job, so I'm pre-searching before then in case I do find someone on here. I'm away from my office until May 3rd, so I can't start it before then.
