I need a programmer to make Settlers of Catan game

Make "Settlers of Catan" in C language. Would be best if you can speak portuguese. Basically just need this Settlers of Catan game made in C. It needs to have the basic functions of the original board game but nothing else fancy, keeping it simple. Some simple rules I'd like you to follow : - don't use global variables -map has to be saved in a matrix or vector stored dynamically (using calloc i.e) -don't use the goto function - create a makefile - use git if possible.
