Need a AutoStarter Software for windows

We need a software, that we can place in a folder (A) on desktop. Inside this folder there should be multiple sub folders (B) with a own .exe file on each sub folder. By click on the software you should create, all .exe files in this subfolders should start/open automatically. Example: We place 10 subfolders (B) with each one .exe file in folder A. Your AutoStarter software should also be in folder A. By starting/clicking AutoStarter software all 10 .exe files in subfolders should start automaticaly. Info: The softwares we want to run automatically are coded in java
