Machine Learning Python Flask - Text Summarization

Code a Python program Text Summarization as seen in the video. Fast forward to the time starting at 3:30. Modify the code to use Flask as the user area (local hosts) gui so it's exactly like the example video look and feel. Modify any Python code into an .exe so it loads and runs without having to load lib files or dependencies in python. The python .exe you generate should just run when clicked and open the local host file to use the GUI. Testing 1) First get this working on your dev server so we are able to test to see if it works 2) Then, make the changes so it works in Flask. Will test when completed. 3) When #2 test is working and tested then, install it on our dev server so it can be tested. 4) Once we are able to test and 100% works like the example video in Flask - the coder will upload all source code including the python code or any files or instructions that generated the .exe. We will provide a name for the final python .exe. FLASK GUI must have the same items and function exactly the same: Word Limits Copy & Paste Excerpt Keywords Original Content - we should be able to copy and paste an article to use and test to get the excerpt based on the word limit selected. We will troubleshoot by inputting many articles, selecting the word limit and generating the new text excerpt. The excerpt must be 100% readable in English. Similar to the video example.
