House Plan created in Chief Architect

We are needing plans for houses that we've built, and plan to build, to be created in Chief Architect. Again, we would like the used program to be Chief Architect. Attached plan is one example of a layout. We also have it with dimensions, but the attachment gives an example of the simplicity of our plans. We are looking for a layout, and foundation layout page. The foundation layout is to also have diagonal corner measurements, for excavation purposes. This is simple and an example can be provided. We would like the same plan with "flipped sides" - one set with garage on left, and other set with garage on right. After you initially create the layouts, some modifications may be necessary to finalize, then submit all final documents. Would like original working files in Chief Architect format, for future changes. Also, ready to print pdf format: 8.5"x11" 18"x24" and 24"x36" (numbers on plans need to be in easy to read size/format, even on 8.5"x11" pages) Would like a copy of layout without dimensions, as seen in the example - the layout without dimensions is used for marketing purposes. Please review file. Our dimensions are US Standard. Once you provide layouts, we will mark any other changes to windows and doors.
