Fix memory leak in a directx c++ Game

I have a game written in C++ using winapi and directx9 but i've noticied there's a memory leak when loading textures. Every time i click to open the Room list, i notice the texture is reallocated, increasing the RAM too much, if i keep changing the scenes for a while,the ram get up to 4GB or more. This game makes use of boost library (maybe the version i am using is not releasing the memory after the usage) i also notice D3DXCreateTextureFromFileInMemoryEx returns an invalid value.
