Fingerprint-reader databse

Project description: I am looking for a developer that is familiar with fingerprint-readers. I am going to build a system for time attendance and this is how it should work: Registration will go as follow, user fills inn: Name - Username - Email - Fingerprint. Once a user is registered at the location they get registered into the database so they can access all the other locations without having to register again. Once a user wants to log into the system for time control, they will put their finger on the reader and gets logged in. The system will also show there worked hours for a set time period. User logs out with finger and gets up how many hours he has worked now and new total time for the set period. Each location will need a manager so they can log into the system and check the time-attendance of all the users that has been log into their location. They should NOT be possible for them to see other users in the database.
