AC Integrated is inviting an experienced C++ programmer to provide working examples of code to be deployed to test hardware device timing and longevity. The code must be compatible with MBED OS to allow for manipulation to suit different applications. • Platform o C++ to be compiled with MBED OS compiler • MCU o STM32F401RET6 • Network Module o Wiznet W5500 • Payload o Generic text to be inputted via serial connection to sending device • Multicast group o Minimum of 2 • Why multicast? o Data to be receive in sync by multiple devices. Delays in payload receipt between devices is not acceptable. • Encryption o 256bit AES The code must provide the ability to multicast a data payload from one device, to be received by many. Each device in the IGMP group is then to return a receipt back to the sending device. In order to test the code, the STM32F401 dev board, and W5500 shield will be used for both the sending and receiving devices. To input data, a console utilising a serial connection will be used. The console will then display the round trip time in milliseconds for each of the receiving devices. Each receiving device will also have a console with a serial connection verifying that the intended data has been received. Main code to contain ability to set the following parameters: • IPV4 details o IP address o Subnet mask o Gateway o Multicast address • Network chip connections o MISO o MOSI o SCK o CS • Serial connection o Baud rate   Testing procedure • Verify code can be compiled using MBED OS compiler • Upload code to devices • Connect all devices to same network • Prove connection to all devices using ping • Verify serial connection to all devices • Monitor traffic • Send data from transmitting host device • Verify data received by client devices • Verify round trip time on host device of less than 5ms • Verify traffic is encrypted
