Build a reproducible, fault tolerant, highly available, scalable MQTT Broker Cluster on AWS. The Deployment should be defined and be deployable with Terraform. Any built AMIs should use Packer. I have worked on creating scalable mqtt servers using Docker and new nodes were supposed to be added and configured manually. I am not much familiar with Terraform and Packer but I can catch up quickly. I was going through Packer documentation and I have a question why do you want to use Packer? (I guess we can use docker instead of Packer)
