Develop an interface in C# or C++ that allows someone to open various applictions

Description: An interface on a black background for a large vertical touch device that will allow a user to open and install various “applications” that will show the icon on the left or right side of the screen and the application in the center. The user can open a screen on the interface that will show a list of applications that they can “activate” which will then be placed on the left or right on the screen. They can tap on application (ex Youtube) and it will open the app program. The users can move around the “application” interface freely and also the icons on the left or right and be arranged position. Developer: There needs to be a way where someone can develop a “application” 3rd party and upload it to the developer panel and we can easily add the new application to the application store where users can install the application User: On Launch: The text “Hello” fades in and fades out Asks for the users phone number to login with an on screen keyboard Sends verification text to confirm number Loads database information for that number, I.E. Name, Applications installed, Etc. If number isnt in database it will ask for their first and last name with an on screen keyboard Auto Fullscreen After login: Applications the user has installed will show on either the left or right side of the screen going down vertically Should automatically show the time at the top On bottom right a icon to show the application store should always be there. They should be able to drag and rearrange the icons of applications to the order they want. When re-arranging a trashcan icon should show up on the very bottom left or right and if they drag over it, it will “uninstall” the application Applications Draggable and Resizeable Should Be able to be “installed” from the application store on the interface New applications should have a way to easily be implemented if a 3rd party user wants to develop one Should be able to remove them as well Developer Needs a way for developers to develop new applications for the program and upload the code to our website Needs a way for applications to auto show in the app store once the admin has “approved” the application
