Custom project tracking for website

Think dominos pizza tracker or grub hub food delivery tracker. think uber. I need to be able to create a variety of different steps (this will change per client/job) and have a standard tracker gif that updates in real time on my website. STEPS: This client is getting a logo created. I need to type into this system the steps for this job: example for logo creation; step 1) order received step 2) contract signed step 3) research is being done on the automotive industry for your logo step 4) colors are being researched for the most engaging automotive colors used in advertising step 5) working in adobe step 6) examples sent to client step 7) revision round 1 step 8) revisions sent to client step 9) client approves job step 10) invoice sent to client step 11) client paid invoice step 12) job completed thanks! The description of text will change per job which I will type manually on my end - however, on the gif or video that this info will be shown, the text i type and steps that are manually changed on my end will show up in real time on my website and will remain until i reset or send new job info to it.
