Create a program -script - process to automate process of keying in ordered particular into courier waybill

First of all please view the requirement video explanation [login to view URL] Download the [login to view URL] attached I am an online seller I use two courier companies to ship out my item poslaju and skynet We are currently manually adding/editing using adobe acrobat XI 11.0.20 , the items that the buyer purchased , manually to poslaju and skynet doket/waybill . What we currently do : 1) open up poslaju or skynet doket /waybill 2) look in excel which contains the name of the buyer and product purchased and then manually edit by placing information of the items purchased for the specific buyer POSLAJU doket/waybill has MY at the end, whereby SKYNET do not have MY at the end I need a program/script that can automate this process.
