Correction of a C# project for Audio Fingerprinting

I have a C# project for AudioFingerprinting based on an open source library that I will share with the freelancer who will be awarded the project. The project should scan a folder of MP3 files, extract the Audio fingerprints and store them. Then the project should listen through the microphone and identify the tracks being played against the fingerprints extracted. The project I have does not read all MP3 files even when converted into the right sample rate, I think there is a problem in sample rate calculation. The job required is: 1- Fix the code so that it reads all MP3 files and extract ID3 tags from them as well. 2- Fix the detection process so that it detects from Microphone directly and continuously instead of saving a WAV file then detecting in a separate button. Constraints: 1- Project correction has to be delivered within 48 hours of awarding. 2- Project budget is maximum 50$ as all the code is there and I only need to fine tune it. I will provide the source code as well as the reference to the library in use. Serious candidates only please.
