Need a simple board that has 18 relays where 11 are 120VAC and 7 are 24V (AC or DC) inputs. On the output side of these relays, this would be pull to ground. The system shall have the ability to hold a triggered relay in memory and use as input to initiate another trigger x seconds after a secondary pre-condition is satisfied. Relays should be as small as reasonably possible. If a single relay could handle both 120VAC and 24 VAC/DC, that would be ideal, but not necessary if this would add significant component cost. Wires coming into these relays would be through a screw terminal connection. The output side connection to these relays needs to be through a 2 x 20 Male Header. The board needs to be powered by a 24V AC adapter and would have power outputs of 3.5VDC and 9VDC. This board should be a fuse protected circuit. In addition, this relay board will support the mounting of another board that will have a 2.11” x 2.26” hole pattern (will provide board). The overall board size should be optimized to hold the specified components.
