I have experience with things like this, and can help you to achieve what you are trying to do.
Typically a browser will send a user-agent header with the browser type, e.g. chrome, gecko (firefox). There are multiple ways to redirect to your page, for example, you could use Apache or Nginx to detect the header, and redirect if it matches the browser type. Or you could do it in the back-end of your code, that if they are on chrome or firefox it will redirect. I can implement these for you, and can work straight away. Feel free to contact me so we can discuss more.
