You will need to sign a NDA with them to get the datasheet as it is still marked as confidential. The BM1387 was released end of May 2017 and is used in the AntMiner S9. Each wafer costs $8000 USD so expect to pay at least $300 USD per ASIC. They are released under license so you will need to go through BitMain in the first instance.
