Siebel - new Product details Insert With attributes Automation -- 2

Hi, I wanted small automation on any language or script. In Oracle Siebel CRM Product, I wanted to bulk insert the Products detail With attributes in the database. We currently need to insert products via the web portal only by filling the all text box fields and submitting for a new product. So I wanted to Automat this via Excel to DB and visible to use this product in Sibel. Only people who have Siebel Experienced can develop this. The Bid amount will be increased for the right candidate with the best approach.
