Need Individual That is a Facebook Ads Expert

I am looking to hire an individual that is an expert in creating Facebook Ads Campaigns for my Shopify/WooCommerce Store.
The individual would need to research a high trending product in a popular or evergreen niche, upload to my WooCommerce Store and then we create a Facebook Ad Campaign to sell the item. If the sells, it must product at least $300 in sales w/ at least $100 in profit. We will scale as we see growth. The product can be from China, but there must be a solid lead time to get the product to the customer in a reasonable amount of time. Preferably a product from the US.
I am looking for a FB Ads, Shopify, WooCommerce Expert.
Do not reply to this post if you can not provide proof of your expertise in researching a product, creating an ad and generating sales from the campaign. Must also have knowledge or skill set of Retargeting, Creating Lookalike audiences and scaling the product. If this cannot be demonstrated, I will not respond to your reply.
