SharePoint Online SPFX Tile App

I require a standalone solution for this SPFX app in SharePoint Online. I need it to be exactly the same as this with 2 issues resolved:
1. Issue in the safari browser - if you add 6 items to the tiles app the 3rd item does not display in it's correct position with the tiles displaying as a 2 (white space where 3rd should be) then a row of 3 on line 2 followed by a single tile on row 3 (which should not be there)
2. Issue identified with multiple references to another user's CDN which comes up with 100's of warnings on chrome.
