Recently, I have created Adhoc Team request SharePoint Online portal in which we have the list which holds team request details and the list has a custom form which has been designed in the Powerapps. Also designed flow for the list when the item is added and updated in the list. It is an approval process where request goes through multiple stage and post-approval of a request, sends an email to the task owner and creates Microsoft Teams using PowerShell script.
