Hi Sir/Madam, I have been working at Office 365 for 7 years. I have experience Sharepoint, Project, PowerApps, Flow, Teams, PowerBI, and Planner. I developed many mobile/tablet app like inspection app, daily worksheet app, trade monitoring and handover protocol app with Flow. I used many functionalities of PowerApps and Flow like custom connector, form to pdf conversion, GPS, taking the photo, etc. I can develop a responsive app design in PowerApps. Looking to for building network and establish ourselves for my startup venture viz. Dynamix Academy. At Dynamix Academy we are group of 20 Microsoft Certified Professionals in various Microsoft Dynamics 365 Applications across all domains. By Looking at your requirement on i am offering multiple high-level solutions for this problem statement : 1) We want forms with digital signatures and file upload or file attachment. For this we i can develop new Power App that will accept digital Signatures with other fields on the forms that will connect to Dynamics 365 in backend. So once form is submitted in any device where this app is installed will be pushed to Dynamics 365. 2) Once the data is pushed to Dynamics 365, we can automate the creation of ticketing useing workflows/ plugins in Dynamics 365 and based on your conditions we can triage to respective teams in Dynamics 365 using Auto Case Creation and service Scheduling features. 3) Also we PowerApps and Microsoft Flows can be easily integrated with SharePoint and push the documents as well.
