Help me with Marketing A Youtube Channel

The Job: I'm adapting a hobby YT channel to a professional one. What I need help with is Search Engine Optimization for the channel and videos. I either want to 10/hr for 10hrs a week - hire someone to fill out and schedule my uploads so I can focus on creating more and better designed content. or 200usd total - have someone teach me how to use SEO with my channel as the example. about me: 'Tommy SuperNova' (tom or nova) I'm a 26 and a half year old with ADHD but an IQ of 165 so when I actually learn something I remember it forever. Passionate about fantasy and the expansion of the imagination, likes to point out the flaws in things constructively. Some people misconstrue this as 'a clashing opinion' and respond to it offensively, but that's the internet for you. Has a collection of over 700 videogames from 1980 to 20XX, above average knowledge of graphic design, drawing, art. my schedule: works an 8 hr "real" job, comes home, does a 1-2 hour recording session(roughly 3-6 episodes with a title card shot taken at some point), 1-2 hour edit of the video, and then add an auto description (2500+ words linking to other sections of the channel). The Problem: I have the means, the equipment, the drive, and the time. The process grinds to a halt as my ADHD causes me to loose focus on what to type in the seo section. I can't go from explosions to essays, it's literally not in me. The content would have to be scheduled so roughly 3 episodes would be uploaded a day with optimum results, and a link on my google plus and twitter page that would catch peoples attention. The Channel: The overall focus is VideoGame related content which includes; -Tshirt designs and commisions (shop currently under construction) -Let's Play videos [login to view URL] -3rd party accesories and CloneConsole reviews -Vlogs from 'SuperNova Station'
