Website SEO

This is the second time I am putting this project out as I was not satisfied with the results the first time around. I have several local websites and wish to have an ongoing relationship with a SEO/link builder/ article writer. There a few reasons I was not satisfied with my first appointment and do NOT WISH TO HAVE THE SAME ISSUES. [login to view URL] not promise results, deadlines and cost that cannot be achieved. I will hold you to each of these terms. So please be very careful in the terms you stipulate. I am happy to pay but not if you do not achieve what you set out to do. 2.I want to know what your strategy consist of. Although two of the SEO experts was able to take my websites from page 2 to page 1 in a short time. They went back to page 9 even faster. I assume this was due to black hat tactics but could be wrong. So I could not continue the relationship with these experts. 3. We are constantly working on the website and there a few improvements to be done, so any updates will have to be through me as I use Xsite pro. 4. The idea is to start with one website and bring it back to no 1 in google. Once this is achieved we go to the next site which is the same as the previous one but in a slightly different area based on UK postcodes and on to the next one. These are all small geographical areas. 5. Being on page 2 or page one number 3 is as good as being on page 10. It wont get me any hits. The irony is that these pages sites were all ranked higher before any SEO experts got involved. Not sure we we are all on the same page here. I am talking about the position my page appears when doing a search for my key words not page rank. I can have a 0 page rank and still appear number 1 for my key words. 6. The important thing for me are results. I know we convert when people click on the website or call. The keyword have become quite competitive, hence the need now to SEO. I understand SEO takes time, but I want a proposal that can achieve short term results WHILE we are working on the long term results. There are 50 small sites but we need to get at least 5 back to number 1 to pay and the SEO will pay for itself. 7. I realise I have given a very long explanation, but have done so with the hope that any confusion regarding the requirements will be eliminated. I am happy to listed to mutual beneficial proposals.
