Hi

We have a service apartment business catering to corporate clients in Macquarie Park, Ryde, and Chatswood area

We currently have 20 apartments and aiming to have 50 by end of year

The model is

- We provide 1BR or 2BR fully furnished, cleaned weekly service apartment

- We are looking to expend to other areas (CBD, Sydney East, Airport area etc.)

- Rates vary based on requirements but we aim at being up to 75% of traditional service apartment cost

- Our apartments are brand new and we provide gym and pool access to all residents

- In return corporate client must commit to min 3 months stay with 6 weeks noticed for cancellation

- Client can rotate guests weekly at no cost

- Price will be per unit signed up with corporate client
