Program Overview LeadsQ will help build the sales pipeline of Discus Business Solutions in the market for the Region as defined in this Proposal. LeadsQ will help open dialogs into approved accounts that the sales representatives for Discus Business Solutions can pursue. LeadsQ will find sales opportunities in these companies and obtain business intelligence that Discus Business Solutions can use for future sales and marketing efforts. Lead Qualifying Criteria – a. Budget – Budget is allocated or would be allocated b. Authority – Prospect is Decision Maker or key influencer in decision making process c. Need – Specific need for the solutions mentioned above d. Time – Duration to buy the solution Minutes of Meeting – LeadsQ team will host a conference call between customer and sales representative of Discus Business Solutions. LeadsQ team will draft a Minutes of Meeting discussed over a call and will share it with Discus Business Solutions. Tracker – LeadsQ follows a lead tracker system. This is for internal use to keep close track on hot, warm and cold leads. It will also have an information on rejected leads with conclusive comments (Extended time frame, lost to competition, declined, Etc.) Weekly Review Call – LeadsQ follow a weekly review call pattern to make sure that LeadsQ and Discus Business Solutions are on same page in reference to campaign execution. It happens mostly on Fridays/ Mondays.
