Telemarketer Needed (phoning people who are asking to be contacted about our properties 500+)

Hi, We have a real estate agency in Spain on the Costa del Sol. We are experiencing high amount of incoming enquiries of potential clients. Would like to have someone like yourself who can phone these leads. Its NOT cold calling , its phoning people who are asking to be contacted. Not all of them will pick up the phone the first time and some others will. Would it be possible to get a better understanding of what are your qualities, your voice accent, maybe a recent voice note of a conversation you had recently.
