We are a Real Estate Investment Company out of Atlanta, GA. We are looking to bring on an acquisitons assistant who can track down homeowners (we give you addresses), reach them via social media, phone call, text, email and negotiate a purchase for us. We take care of the contract, you negotiate our purchase terms. Would prefer somebody with Real Estate experience, but not required. Negotiation skills are a must. Pay is PER CLOSED DEAL. The lower you can negotiate our purchase price, the more $$$ for you! We pay a minimum of $2,500 PER CLOSED DEAL. You can get paid upwards of $5-10k, depending on the deal.
