I consider myself as best suited for the position because being of service has always been what I love to do. I must say its a passion for me. I worked a nurse and I am a nurse because I genuinely want to be. During my experience I was taught to to be efficient in every phase. But, here is what I learned. Efficiency is important but not if caring takes a back seat. Its basically the same thing Ive learned when I worked as a customer service representative, you may be the best skilled agent but if you dont treat your customer well it has an immense impact on the customer experience. There are a lot of companies out there just like you (or on their way). Customer experience is the only way to differentiate. Because for me, its not about wether the probem was solved or if the refund was granted or how long the call was its how you make them feel aftrwards. Emotions are more important. When you show that you care, customer will remember you positively. I’ve dealt with every type of people with different backgrounds. Ive became more patient in handling different sitatuons thrown at me without taking it personaly or get moody this I believe goes a long way.
