Business Development for an web-development service providing company

I own a Web-development Agency and I'm looking for an awesome Business Developers to work with me. The minimum commission is 20% of the project value per sale. (Client comes onboard) every month that the client pays you will be paid month after month until the client cancels our services. You are required to call/email/follow-up and get the potential client interested to come onboard by pitching our web design and other IT services. Once the client makes the first advance payment, you will be credited with your complete share and our CRM person will take over. Easy money for the right person. If you close a project of $5000, you get flat $1,000. This is an on-going project and we are looking for someone to work with for the long term. NO RETAINER FOR THIS JOB
