I don't know whey you stick with ROR (Ruby On Rails) where this days many modern and updated framework available in market to deploy any large scale projects. BTW, I'm giving you some of way to complete the tasks. 1)We can use woo-commerce (Dokan or woo-multi vendor) 2) We can use Laravel 5.6 3) We can use your choice ROR.
