Manufacturing sourcing of cleaning equipment in Europe.

Today we have an existing production of our products in Asia. We need to investigate alternative manufacturing in Europe as well, mainly eastern Europe to match our existing production prices. But other low cost countries are also in interest, such as Turkey and Spain. We have all the design, drawings, instruction ready. We use these to manufacture today. We produce cleaning equipment for the marine business. Our products consist of aluminium extension handles and foam plastic such as EVA. See attached picture. We need to find a manufacture that can take full responsibility of delivering a finished product. Following manufacturing areas: • Aluminium pipes/handles • Plastic Foam wire cutting. • Blister package and graphic printing • Final assembly and quality responsibility Similar manufacturer that can make our products is cleaning equipment. We can send more details when we find relevant freelancers. The outcome of this project is three steps according to below. Step1: Report with a manufacturer list. Time frame in 1-2 weeks. - list of relevant manufacturer/suppliers in a specific region. - Description of manufacturer/suppliers. - List examples of products they manufacture today - Select some of the manufacturer/suppliers from the list to go on with to step2. Step2: First approach to manufacture. Time frame in 2-3 weeks - Contact the manufacturer/suppliers and investigate if they are able in manufacturing our products. - Send initial production docs to manufacturer/suppliers. - Get a quotation from the manufacturer/suppliers. Step3: Samples and production start. Time frame in 1-2 month. - Get samples and prototypes from manufacturer/suppliers. - Decide for a manufacturer/supplier to start production. - Start production at manufacturer/supplier. We will mostly take care of this step3 with some help from the freelancer.
