Manufacturing Sourcing Agent (China): Paper Print Products

READ BEFORE APPLYING: Looking for high quality and reliable printing manufacturer in China for several print runs. The agent we hire must be unbiased (not affiliated with one particular manufacturer), have access to a large database of providers (on and off Alibaba) and able to have blank samples (various print materials) delivered to Australia (for quality checking). Assistance with both air and sea freight shipping (China to mainland US) costs will also be required. We will be using a third-party for final production inspections, this job is only for sourcing. The candidate must be highly detailed and able to work in our spreadsheets (Google docs). We have one week to identify the ideal manufacturer. I'm looking for the following milestones: 1. 10x quotes - Contact print manufactures - high-quality printing materials (5 hours). 2. Collecting samples (sent free from manufactures) and sending samples to Australia (courier - paid by client) (1-2 hour), identify shipping (air and sea costs) and local storage costs and provide costs (2-3 hours). 3. Arrange prototype, finalising print requirements with shortlisted manufactures. Package and send prototypes (3-4 hours) 4. Inspect and report on the first print run (test run with the manufacturer) (this milestone may not happen as we have another person doing inspections at the moment). (2-3 hours) The budget for this work is $10 per hour for 15 - 20 hours of work, spread out over several days, more hours may be required. However, we have worked with sourcing agents before and this is the hours they have recommended. Be clear on this before bidding as we have had several time wasters bid.
