I need references from mainstream psychotherapy litterature (preferably, but not limited to; CBT, CFT, Mindfulnessbased approaches, affect phobia/ISTDP/emotion focused) supporting the statements below. I will pay 50c for each reference, up to 3 references pr statement, all references by different authors.
