Three top character qualities I'm looking for in the individual to fill this role are: a) kaizen - devotion towards consistent improvement because everything around us can be improved, b) reliability - are you going to do what you say , are you ultra dependable? c) Enterprising - a natural leader, self starter, go getter. Work directly with a serial business owner of several very new, small online businesses. Help needed to identify, design, implement and streamline creative business solutions for the companies as Standard Operating Procedures. Help to research new areas for specific projects and present findings in an effective format back to the founder. Help implement and oversee the quality of deliverables, manage team relationships effectively to ensure exceptional performance; as well as participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development. Help establish operations objectives and work plans; delegate assignments to team members when necessary; and conduct regular meetings to improve productivity, product knowledge, and customer satisfaction. Education and Training Requirements A bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Engineering, or any related field. A minimum of at least 2-3 years of experience in a related field. Knowledge and Skills Requirements Must have strong oral and written communication skills and knowledge in computer software used for presentations such as MS PowerPoint. Should also possess strong problem-solving, troubleshooting skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment. Should know how to mentor/train staff and is extremely knowledgeable of process management, client management, and quality control standards. Have great patience to deal with issues involving both clients and the workforce. Full Time 40 hours a week

Hi, It was only my first year of engineering school when I took my first ever interview in an organization. Luckily I got selected for the company’s sales function. It was mainly because my teachers always appreciated my presentation skills. I never knew that being in the sales department would prove to be a blessing for my professional life ahead. One can be a born sales man and I got to know about my skills the day when my target was to get 10 sales in 10 days and I scored 24 in 8 days. Over the course of my career I have been able to deliver on my targets often surpassing the expectations of my stakeholders. Just to get some extra money in my pocket I started working as a freelancer on different online websites. After a while workload increased and I figured out that managing it alone was not possible anymore. Hence I started developing my team and at one point in time I had 20 people working from their homes for me. A totally different experience of managing a team by dealing with it and keeping all happy at the same time along with keeping pace with the business too was tough but a great learning experience. After I graduated from NUST, I started working at Zigron Inc. as Business Development Associate. I got the opportunity to device strategy for their performance management software which was about to be launched. I made a complete strategy and sold it to around 15 companies.
