Just this weekend Dublin hosted Vegfest which has been an amazing success and only gets bigger each year. Ireland really has an amazing vegan scene and it's not limited to the capital either.

Hello, interesting project, I would like to see your template (questionnaire / criteria). Please be advised that I am not a Vegan or a Vegetarian, but I am passionate about food and cooking. I am an avid (and I would like to think) skilled home chef. I do cook and eat meals which would fall into the categories of Vegan and Vegetarian. I am currently based in Europe, primarily Eastern Europe, which due to the proliferation of farming, does actually have many vegan and vegetarian options. Additionally, I do travel throughout most of Europe from time to time, and food is always a top priority for me to study and investigate at every location. However, your description is somewhat confusing. Is this about Vegan or Vegetarian, as they are not necessarily the same thing? Also, is this an on-going project or do you simply desire a single submission as soon as possible?
